All fruit is processed and freeze dried according to the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system, an international standard that identifies critical control points, sets safety procedures and preventive measures, and maintains strict documentation for certification.
Crispy Green’s distinctive packaging is also representative of our quality commitment. Our triple-layer poly bags with an aluminum lining protect our finished products from light and moisture so every bag tastes terrific!
Since the company’s launch in 2004, Crispy Green has gone the extra mile to ensure that every product meets our exceedingly high standards. We not only require a manufacturer’s Certificate of Analysis (COA) on every batch of our products, but in addition we perform regular testing at FDA-certified laboratories. Crispy Green is also proud to work with the same trusted suppliers since our inception to ensure consistency and quality every step of the way.
Crispy Green was also recently certified kosher by SKS Shatz Kosher Services, further reinforcing the high standards we maintain for all our products.
